Alexandra Daddario Is Sculpted In A Naked Dress On IG, And Fans Are Freaking

This week, Alexandra Daddario attended a TAG Heuer event in New York City while wearing a revealing dress and uploaded some stylish photos from the occasion to her Instagram account.

Alex gives the garment everything it’s worth in the photographs, showcasing her incredibly toned figure.

The actress works out regularly with her trainer to get in shape for her acting gigs.

The nude dress is now trending, so of course Alexandra Daddario will be wearing one. The Mayfair Witches actress recently posted images of herself on Instagram wearing a very stylish outfit.

Alex, 37, flaunts her toned abs, legs, and arms in photos from the inauguration of the TAG Heuer Fifth Avenue Flagship Boutique, where she wears a completely see-through strapless dress with a wavy sequined design that runs all the way to the ground. There was little need for her lengthy Instagram caption.

The comments section promptly went into a state of panic. An admirer gushed, “You’re stunning,” while another nicknamed her “Barbie in real life.”

Alexandra has never been coy about the effort she has put in to develop her formidable physique; in fact, she challenged and bested her Baywatch co-star Zac Efron in a training video that was posted to YouTube. To begin, Alexandra is coached by Patrick Murphy, and she has uploaded a video of a “as many reps as possible” (AMRAP) exercise they did together to YouTube. This is not a joke, believe me. A variety of exercises, such as side arm rises, TRX pullups, weighted squats, hip thrusts on an exercise ball, and more, are performed by Alexandra.

According to Murphy, Alex “puts in the work and never looks for shortcuts,” which is high praise coming from a trainer. Alex told WH that she enjoys spending time in nature, whether it’s hiking or swimming in the beach, when she’s not educating her co-star or putting in beast mode hours at the gym. “I’ve found that my body heals faster and responds better if I’m in tune with myself and can be in nature,” she explained.

She is also “obsessed” with acupuncture, as she admitted to WH. As she put it, “I’ve had the needles everywhere—all over my body.”

Alexandra boasted to WH about how much she enjoys preparing homemade spaghetti at home. She gushed, “Pasta is such a great thing because you can add anything and make it taste like anything.”

The actress begins her day with a glass of water because she is a morning person. After that, she plans to have a cappuccino. She recently revealed to WH, “Right now, I’m drinking oat milk.”

She plans on having some fruit, egg whites, spinach, and bread for breakfast. Alex, on the other hand, is partial to a stir fry made with chicken and vegetables for lunch. Alex says dinner varies daily (and is determined by what she finds in the fridge).

Alex, without a doubt, is a sushi fanatic. Sushi, she said, is her “going out” food.
