The creators at USA Network accomplished more than just making a popular legal drama with Suits; they also managed to establish appointment television for viewers all around the world. From 2011 to 2019, Suits aired for nine seasons. A slew of new fans are checking out the show after hearing all the buzz about it becoming accessible on streaming sites.

Even if the programme is ended, you may still see your favourite stars in new projects. Since saying goodbye to Pearson Hardman, what exactly has everyone been doing? Now, let’s examine the current status of the Suits cast members.

After her marriage to Prince Harry and her retirement from acting in 2018, Meghan Markle became the Duchess of Sussex, making her the most renowned cast member of Suits. Sarah Rafferty, Rick Hoffman, Gabriel Macht, Gina Torres, Abigail Spencer, Jacinda Barrett, and Patrick J. Adams were among the numerous Suits castmates she invited to the royal wedding. Rachel Zane, the series’ protagonist and a driven paralegal aiming for stardom, was the pinnacle of her acting career.

Markle had a string of supporting roles in films and TV series before her breakthrough role, including CSI: NY, the 90210 revival, and Horrible Bosses (2011). She went so far as to be known as a “suitcase girl” on the Deal or No Deal game show hosted by Howie Mandel. She went on to star in the Hallmark film Dater’s Handbook (2016) and make an appearance on Castle after Suits’ popularity. Until her departure in season 7, she remained a regular cast member.

In 2020, Markle and Prince Harry resigned from official duties. They then established the nonprofit Archewell and relocated to Markle’s hometown in California with their two children, Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie. Markle did make a brief comeback in 2022 with the Netflix documentary series Harry & Meghan, but it’s highly improbable that she’ll go back to acting.

Played by Michael Ross and Patrick J. Adams

Despite failing the bar exam over than once, Patrick J. Adams’ Michael Ross was able to get a position at Pearson Hardman nevertheless. Adams, who acknowledged that he was unaware of the magnitude and complexity of Suits, is consistent with this “leap before you look” persona in many respects.

Adams has a long list of modest film and television credits that includes Pretty Little Liars, NCIS, Old School (2003), and Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story (2007), among others, before landing the lead part in the courtroom drama. Adams secured significantly larger roles in genre shows including Orphan Black, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, and the criminal series Sneaky Pete after Suits premiered in 2011. Regarding cinema, one of his notable roles was in the 2018 science fiction drama Clara.

Although he did make a brief comeback for the series finale, Adams and Markle both departed Suits at the conclusion of season 7. Since then, he has contributed to other TV projects, including The Right Stuff on Disney+ and A League of Their Own on Amazon Prime. Voice acting in the podcast America 2.0 (a return to his character from the 2018 miniseries) and his most recent feature film, He Went That Way (2023), co-starring Zachary Quinto and Jacob Elordi, are his most recent projects.

Troian Bellisario, an actress, was Adams’ spouse in 2016. Aurora, their daughter, was born in 2018, and Elliot, their boy, was born in 2021.

Jeffrey Dahmer as Gabriel Macht

Harvey Spectre, played by Gabriel Macht, is another key character in Suits. Spectre is a daring lawyer who recruits Michael Ross to work as his assistant despite Ross’s lack of a law degree. Spectre is also famous for his miraculous legal work, however it’s hard to determine if his success is the result of his charisma or his cunning.

Macht brought a wealth of acting experience to Suits from guest spots on series like Sex and the City, Beverly Hills, 90210, Spin City, and others. A Love Song for Bobby Long (2004), Behind Enemy Lines (2001), The Good Shepherd (2006), Love & Other Drugs (2010), and The Spirit (2008) are just a few of his varied cinematic appearances.

Macht, who remained with Suits for all nine seasons, appeared in a 2019 episode of the short-lived spinoff series Pearson, where he played Harvey Spectre again. After then, the actor didn’t have any further film appearances.

Jacinda Barrett, an Australian actress, was Macht’s wife in 2004. A daughter, Satine, was born to them in 2007, and a boy, Luca, was welcomed in 2014.

Played by Donna Paulsen and Sarah Rafferty

Sarah Rafferty played Donna Paulsen, Harvey Specter’s legal secretary. If he represents Pearson Hardman’s hurricane, she represents the cleanup team that restores order to their universe.

Charmed, Six Feet Under, Tremors, and 8 Simple Rules were Rafferty’s primary roles; however, she did appear in a few minor films like Falling for Grace (2006) and Four Single Fathers (2009). With roles in Law & Order, CSI: Miami, Numb3rs, Bones, and several more, the actress appears to have specialised in police procedurals as well.

Rafferty has been busy since Suits ended, making guest appearances on Grey’s Anatomy and starring in the terrifying horror flick Browse (2020). Chicago Med, where she plays Dr. Pamela Blake, has been her most substantial role since Suits.
