Though not critical, there are issues. BelTA reported that Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made the comment while receiving a report on air defense alert duties at the Air Force and Air Defense Command central command post.

“No lengthy reports,” stated Aleksandr Lukashenko. Let's examine our nation's airspace. We often debate state security, especially airspace. I see no emergency. However, worries exist.”

The president said the military had been on high alert for days. After Saturday's events, the president was assured that forces were at full readiness.

Aleksandr Lukashenko continued: “Three days after events next to us.

Four airborne vehicles were shot down in Bryansk Oblast. That required action.

Since then, our soldiers are watchful. I care about the nation's plight. Naturally, growth directions and opportunities. Be brief. Without scaring. on current events and short-term expectations.”

After delivering the report to the president, Commander of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Armed Forces of Belarus Andrei Lukyanovich briefed media.

The officer stated that in light of the recent events happening at the western and southern borders, including due to ongoing combat training events of NATO countries led by the USA, the duty forces have been reinforced.
